Where are you currently operating?

We have ended our pilot program with Abundance Cafe and are working towards launching 3 new reuse pilots in 2025 – 2026.

How do I request Takeout Takeout containers with my meal(s)?

When you order from one of our partners there will be an option to request single-use or reusables containers on their ordering platform.

Do I need to rinse out my container before returning it?

Rinsing out your container is greatly appreciated and helps us in our cleaning and sanitizing process.

How do I return my containers?

Contact Kendra@takeouttakeoutmi.com to arrange a pickup if you have any containers leftover from our pilot program.

 

How long can I keep my containers?

With our limited supplies we prefer the containers to be returned within a week of checkout (subject to change).

Do I have to pay extra to use Takeout Takeout reusable containers?

Currently you do not need to pay extra. We are still in our soft launch phase and working on an official financial model that is accessible for everyone.

How are the containers washed?

All reusable containers are taken to a commercial kitchen where they are professionally cleaned and sanitized.
