Our Privacy Policy

Introduction:

Takeout Takeout is now offering Lansing businesses and their customers the opportunity to select eco-friendly packaging when ordering carry out and delivery from one of our partner locations. These containers are meant to be used by the customer and then returned to Takeout Takeout or one of our partner locations so they can be sanitized and reused up to 1,000 times. This cuts down on the number of plastic containers that end up in our landfills, streets, and waterways. The containers MUST be returned within the rental period or customers will be charged $5 per container.
The containers offered through our program are made from BPA free, durable polypropylene, a plastic that has been deemed safe by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for food contact.

How It Works:

When placing your order online, you will have the opportunity to select Takeout Takeout reusable containers through our partner ordering platforms.
PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR SELECTION! IF YOU CHOOSE OUR REUSABLE CONTAINERS, YOU MUST RETURN THEM WITHIN THE RENTAL PERIOD OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $5     PER CONTAINER.
At this time, orders for reusable containers can only be made online through our partner ordering platforms and will be available as long as a sufficient number of containers are in stock. Larger containers may be substituted for smaller containers and a standard size portion may appear smaller, but the portion size that is ordered will remain the same.
If you select reusable containers, you will be asked to read and click the checkbox to agree to these Terms of Use as stated here. If you would prefer to receive your order in standard packaging, or if you are unwilling or unable to agree to the requirements of Takeout Takeout, you can bypass this option by selecting “disposable containers” and proceed with your order.
If the containers are returned within the rental period there is no fee. Containers can be returned by dropping them off at partner location or by swapping with delivery drivers who work with Takeout Takeout during your next order, so long as they are returned within the stated time period, are not damaged and all pieces are included.
Takeout Takeout reserves the right to establish, remove, and/or revise prices, fees, taxes, and/or surcharges for any or all services or goods obtained through Takeout Takeout at any time.
